TLDR: DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! 1. Their language barrier is the worst I've ever seen. (Even their instruction and owner manuals, support videos, and software prompts have grammatical errors that make the directions very unclear. I had to seek support from people in OTHER companies to fix issues.) 2. Their "support" staff does not know how to support customers nor their products. 3. Their "support" staff does not read and reply to everything in an email. They even ask you questions that you answered in your original trouble ticket, causing days to be lost just to repeat yourself or tell them to actually read the original ticket. (Then, they swear that they read it but yet ask questions AGAIN that are answered in the original ticket. 4. There is ZERO phone support unless you want to speak Chinese and want to call the international number and pay even more money for broken support. 5. They tell you they'll send you supplies to "fix" an issue but then tell you to buy them on your next email with them. 6. So much more that I'm not going to take hours compiling the weeks of torment I just went through. 7. They give you ONE bottle of resin to "test and test and test" but fail to deliver when you run out because THEIR product uses your ONE test bottle. 8. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! 9. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY FROM ANYCUBIC, NO MATTER HOW TEMPTING THE PRICE! IT'S NOT WORTH IT!

My printer bed won't heat up

They contacted, and they are sending me a piece, but I can't find it for shipping anywhere on the USPS website or even with the company

Product replacement

apparently they only have a customer service center located in Asia so no phone support.. i got a defective unit almost a year ago and after 3 months of emails and trouble shooting finally got the parts. but the firmware isn't installed on the motherboard and I'm not someone trained to build 3d printers and i dont feel like its my job to know how to switch out a motherboard and change components on a 3d printer that has never printed anything since i have owned it. basically i have a $400 dust collector taking up a lot of room and my time with little help from the seller

I ordered a bundle for black Friday they gave me the wrong carrier with a tracking number after calling the incorrect carrier i finally figured out it was fedex instead of up as they gave me at first. I then received my printer but never received my curer which i then had to wait 15 extra days to receive because they wouldnt take it to the carrier i then never received my full 2kg of resin i only received 500mg ive emailed them 7 times and no one answers my emails.

User's recommendation: DONT BUY ANYCUBIC go somewhere with good customer service.

Shipping problems

Terrible service, I've been trying to get in touch with them, but nobody replies to my emails. The package is showing that I was delivered, but I only got the resin; I'm still waiting for the 3d printer, but I wasn't notified of another tracking number. It feels like the company is scamming me. This is my first buy with them, but it is turning into a nightmare.

Interesting. I ordered a 3D printer for my son and received the tracking number for the 2kg PLA and Mega Pro.

All that came was the filament received today. Same as you.

Really bad support...

Anycubic - Really bad support...
Buyer beware. I have had issues with their support in regards to the mono X I purchased from them. I reported it to them and received recorded replies but no help. I was able to fix the issues but at extra cost. A year later I decided to give them a chance again on a Kickstarter program, a printer. The Kick starter crashed, people got screwed, had their time and efforts wasted. They Blamed it on everything and everyone but the fact that It was their Kickstarter and the people who worked for them that screwed it up. In the end The choice is yours to buy from them. but you have been warned. Once they have your money they are gone!

QUALITY

Purchased their Chiron model in October 2020. In a little over 7 months, the machine has broken down 5 times. Average 3 weeks for repairs to arrive means the machine has only worked half the time I've owned it. If you're thinking of buying an Anycubic printer... RUN AWAY!!

No sign of life in months

I've sent multiple emails from their "Contact us" page, sent multiple emails to their official page, tried using their support site, none of it works, none of it gets any sign of life besides automatic replies. I have a defective printer and haven't been able to reach Anycubic using all means available. Their website also is tricky when you buy something. Sometimes it will never ship and you will have to fight them to get a response or a refund. Sometimes, depending on QTY it will accept the purchase or not, but then it never ships. Also the inventory on the site are not accurate. Bought resin that they didn't have in stock at all. It is very unfortunate since they have good product (That are not quality assured properly), but buying from them is like buying from the classified or the back of a truck, you just have to hope it works since their support is fictional and actually doesn't exist. FYI I have the Photon S, the 4MAx pro and the Wash and Cure, all of which are now defective after less than 1 year (And some less than 1 week) and I cannot get any support, so pretty much need to buy all new machines from a different vendor now. You've been warned.
